Training - options galore

Auckland City Tri Club has always prided itself on providing choices for athletes - so if you want to train with a regular group of mates or you just need some advice  (and perhaps a swim squad), there are ideas on connections for you here.  Juniors, age groupers, newbies and elites - we have a range of members all of whom are happy to share their ideas and tips!

Regular Training Options

Our club coach Tony O'Hagan offers a range of regular sessions that are accessible to ACT members.  Some of these are free, some subsidised...

Sunday..Informal ride from Okahu Bay (see our Facebook page for details)
Monday.Run sessions 5.30pm at The Domain  Grandstand. Focus on technique  $5
Tuesday.Windtraining– AkldSailing Club 6.30pm , Okahu Bay  (Set up from 6.00pm)
Club member concession discounts available.
Friday.Run Intervals  6.30am.The Domain(meet at Grandstand). $5
Saturday.Coached brick session - $20 See O'Hagan Sport for details

Cycling Options
