A foundation club - part of the community since 1989
ACT is a community based, volunteer run Triathlon club focused on promoting, nurturing Aucklanders into the sport of Triathlon through their life stages.
We aim to promote a love of swimming, cycling and running in a friendly supportive club environment - after all the cameraderie matters!
Founded in 1989, we're almost as old as the sport itself. We have many famous faces amongst our membership including Rick Wells, Hamish Carter, Cameron Brown and Jo Lawn to name a few. We are actively working to support a number of up and coming young athletes – at the same time creating a sense of community for all those weekend warriors - whether they are attempting their first Tri-a-tri or are experienced Ironman competitors, and everything in between!
