The Club offers a mix of informal member led sessions and access to more structured coach led sessions.  Different styles will suit different athletes…feel free to join in, ask questions and try something new.

Beginners

Joining a club is a great way for beginners to get started. Surrounded by like-minded people who all have been where you are at today.

If you are just starting out we have special block programmes to get you up and running with all the knowledge and insight to ignite your lifelong passion in the sport (at least get you to your first start line!)ave more information to come in this area, stay tuned.  Alternatively, check out our coached programmes (online and group sessions to see what suits you)…ACT members are welcomed and encouraged!

Beginners ProgOur beginner programme is a great way to get started! (we run these once or twice a year – keep an eye on our FB page and newsletter) – to ensure you are ready for the your first (or second event).  Also look out for our beginner bike sessions over winter…and of course our Winter seminar series!
