Tony O'Hagan

Tony is the main coach for ACT and runs a regular Saturday morning training session. Here is what Tony says about himself:

"I have been coaching Other athletes for 15 years. I have coached other athletes to top 3 finishes at Ironman, Top 5 at Triathlon World Championship Age group (Olympic distance), and top 15 World Championships Elite (Olympic distance). I have also coached masters swimmers and cyclists.

My aim is to get the best out of an athlete, given their resources. Those resources include ability, training history, time available (some athletes have real jobs and family commitments!), and training environment."
