Training this Saturday is at Dio, with a 7:15 start for the swim, and around 8:40 for the bike. We have a steady swim with a few sharper efforts. A steady bike and a run with a few tempo efforts in it also. If you need a trainer for the bike – please let me know.
Well done to Bec’s on going under 3 hours in the marathon, even with the most pathetic face I have ever see - in the last 10km... Good luck to Peter in IM Roth this weekend.
Tour de France it looking like a great race this year. Although make sure you pace yourself thru this, as the Olympics are right after (don’t peak too soon)! You can watch the latest tour stages at Tuesday and Wednesday bike classes.
