Annual General Meeting

Your chance to hear about the achievements, challenges and opportunities for the Auckland City Tri Club and it’s members (that’s you).

Make a difference to the future by nominating yourself or someone you think can make a positive contribution to our sport and our club.

The agenda for the meeting includes:

(a) apologies;
(b) matters arising from the previous annual general meeting;
(c) annual reports; (what have we been up to and achieved)
(d) treasurers financial statements;
(e) notices of motion; (Things we need to change or need member permission to make happen)
(f) fixing of subscriptions for the coming year;
(g) election of committee and officers
(h) general business

 

Note – you must be a current member of the club to vote.  If you wish to be nominated or nominate a great volunteer to the committee please complete and return the attached form by 5pm Thursday 9th August.
